Vértice Cuvée
TASTING NOTE:
The Vértice Cuvée is drawn up from Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato , Viosinho , Códega and Touriga Franca. It presents a citrus color. In the mouth it has a fine and persistent bubble, releasing a fresh and delicate scent. The palate reveals light and complex flavors of fruit and dried flowers with a nice tang of crisp acidity, leaving in the mouth a delicate and prolonged flavor. A brioche note with a soft and well balanced mousse that is persistent and delicious.

Vértice Rosé
TASTING NOTE:
The Vértice Rosé presents a modern very light pink color, due to the Touriga Franca grapes. A closer look reveals a very fine persistent bubble, culminating in a perfect balance. The nose reveals freshness and youthfulness, with vegetable notes and plenty of fresh red fruit. In the mouth, it presents fresh, large and round, with a bubble burst to make it long and a persistent finish.

With fine aromas and notes of toasted bread, ripe fruit and light jam, the Vértice Millésime shows a delicate bubble that is also elegant and persistent, good acidity, creamy, smooth and great structure building up for long lasting finish.

Vértice Gouveio
TASTING NOTE:
The Vértice Gouveio is prepared strictly according to the traditional method, from a careful selection of grapes from the Gouveio varietal, traditionally planted in the cool and upper slopes of the Alto Douro region. It is a sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent bubble that releases a very fresh and elegant aroma. Lush and caressing on first taste, this turns very crisp with considerable bite on the long lasting finish.

Vértice Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTE:
As single variety sparkling, light pink in color, with a very thin and elegant bubble, the Vértice Pinot Noir gives a fresh palate with invigorating acidity that leaves a fine and prolonged flavor. More complex in the mouth with a full body, a hint of oxidation and fine persistence, this sparkling drinks beautifully. Focused, crisp and intense, its structure is simply impressive, with grip and that nice acidity on the finish.
